QUALITY EXTERIORS
Exterior Preparation And Finish Process:
* We use top of the line quality Paints
and Materials.
* PRESSURE WASH. Your home is thoroughly pressure washed from top to bottom to clean all dirt,
debris and cobwebs from the house.
* SCRAPE AND SAND. All loose and flaking paint is thoroughly scraped, sanded
and removed.
* LOOSE NAILS. All loose nails on siding and trim are reset or removed and replaced.
* PRIME BARE AREAS. All bare wood and rusty nails are properly primed.
CAULK WINDOWS, DOORS AND TRIM. All
cracks and joints on windows, doors and trim are thoroughly caulked to enhance the appearance of the paint job and to help
insulate your home.
*STUCCO PATCHING. All cracks in stucco are properly repaired using an Elastomeric stucco
patching compound.
* REMOVE AND REPLACE FIXTURES. All light fixtures (when possible), address numbers, hose
racks, etc. are removed prior to painting and replaced when job is complete.
* PATCHING CRACKED BOARDS. All
cracks running along the fascia, siding and remaining trim are properly patched.
*TAPE-OFF AND COVER-UP. We
will tape off and cover up all windows, doors, floors, walkways, plants etc. No paint sprinkles or overspray on customer's
possessions, plants, bricks or walkways.
* BACKROLL ALL STUCCO AND SIDING. We will spray on a heavy coat of
paint and back roll all stucco and siding surfaces.
* LABEL ALL LEFTOVER PAINT. We will label each can for
color and location of the leftover paint for any possible future touch-up.

Interior Preparation And Finish Process:
* HELP MOVE LARGER AND BULKY FURNITURE. We will
help the customer move larger furniture to the middle of the room for complete ceiling and wall access. (Customer is responsible
for knickknacks and smaller furniture. There will be an extra cost to move these items)
* REMOVE AND REPLACE
EXISTING WINDOW COVERINGS. At customer's request we will patch holes where old window covering hardware existed.
* REMOVE AND REPLACE ALL LIGHT AND PLUG PLATES. We will tape-off receptacles, thermostats, alarm key pads and hardware
and any other object attached to the walls.
* PLACE TAPE NEXT TO BASEBOARDS AND DOOR TRIM. We will keep carpets
and floors protected from paint, overspray and paintbrush damage.
* TAPE OFF ALL COUNTERS AND TILE IN KITCHEN
AND BATHROOMS. We will tape-off and cover-up any microwaves, appliances and objects attached to walls.
* SAND
ALL TRIM BEFORE PAINTING. Completely sand all doors, windows, baseboards, cabinetry and all remaining trim.
*
PATCH ALL CRACKS AND NAIL HOLES AND CAULK THOROUGHLY. We will patch and caulk all cracks, joints and nail holes on the ceiling,
walls and trim.
* PRIME BARE WOOD, MOLD OR MILDEW. Spot prime all bare wood and kill all mold and mildew on
the ceilings, walls and trim with oil base sealer.
* CLEAN PAINT-CUT EDGE. We will keep a clean and straight
paint edge next to ceilings, walls and trim.
* CLEAN ALL COUNTERS AND FLOORS. We will vacuum all carpets, clean
all counters and sweep and clean all floors.
* LABEL ALL LEFTOVER PAINT. We will label each can for color and
location of the leftover paint for any possible future touch-up.
